TIM SLAUGHTER

President

Tim Slaughter is the President of Caddo Real Estate Services, a property management company comprised of 1.95 million square feet of office and industrial real estate in Dallas.

Prior to co-founding Caddo Holdings and Caddo Real Estate Services, Tim was a Vice-President of Development for Realty Capital Corporation for two years where he planned, zoned and financed a $45M mixed use project near UT Southwestern in Dallas. Preceding his tenure with RCC, Tim was the Vice President of Finance for INCAP Fund, where he helped close $27.5M in development transactions and maintained key lender and equity relationship at Amegy Bank and JP Morgan Investment Management. Tim also served as Vice President of Development for Hughes development, underwriting over $400M in development transactions and closing on $45M.

Tim has over twelve years of commercial real estate experience ranging from finance, development, asset management to property management. Tim earned an MBA in real estate finance from the University of Texas in Austin and an undergraduate degree in industrial distribution from Texas A&M University.

PAUL ALBERT

PAUL ALBERT

Director Of Operations

Paul Albert is the Director of Operations for Caddo Real Estate Services. Paul brings 30+ years of commercial property experience and a wealth of skills and knowledge in the areas of Operations, Construction Management, Engineering Policy, Acquisition/Deposition and Due Diligence Inspections. Caddo is excited to have Paul as part of our operations team. His continued support and expertise in these areas provide outstanding results for our company, but most importantly, for our clients.

Since coming onboard with Caddo, Paul has been responsible for identifying, managing, and executing capital improvement projects in excess of $16 million for our property management clients. He pays great attention to detail and his background has been an asset while supervising tenant interior construction projects. His passion and strength begins by building relationships and leading a team of highly skilled operating engineers resulting in exceptional results for our customers. Paul believes the most effective way to achieve success is to lead, mentor, and teach by example. These effective leadership skills ensure our clients experience service the “Caddo Way” each and every time.

Prior to Caddo, Paul served as one of two Regional Engineers for a large national real estate company where he provided due diligence support for acquisitions teams nationally and operational support for asset and property managers and engineering teams on the east coast of approximately 15 million square feet of office, industrial, medical and retail space.
KELLI MCKNIGHT

KELLI MCKNIGHT

Controller

Kelli McKnight is the controller for Caddo Holdings. Her responsibilities include overseeing the accounting and financial reporting for Caddo Real Estate Services.

Prior to joining Caddo Real Estate Services, Kelli was an assistant controller for Clarion Partners. For over three years, she managed all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of over 100 direct real estate investments across the United States in the hospitality industry. Kelli spent six years at Invesco where she oversaw the accounting and financial reporting on a variety of direct real estate investments including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, senior living and CMBS. Kelli has five years real estate experience in public accounting with Big Five Firms.

Kelli has over thirteen years experience in accounting and financial reporting related to commercial real estate. She earned a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Texas A&M. Kelli is a Certified Public Accountant.
